Van der Wel & Partners, gevestigd in een representatief kantoorpand in het centrum van Zeist, is een bureau voor Executive Search, Recruitment en Interim Management.

For one of our clients in the Oil & Gas and Energy  industry we are looking for:
Engineers:

(lead) Piping –Layout Engineers
(lead) Mechanical Engineers
(lead) Structural Engineers
(lead) Process Engineers
(lead) Instrumentation Engineers
Designers (PDMS) / Coordinators

Our client is a globally operating contracting group, specialized in the engineering and fabrication of large, complex structures for the oil & gas and energy industry. They are a  multi-disciplined engineering company with offices in the US and  Europe.

Our client is specialized in the design of on/offshore facilities with an emphasis on ease of operation and constructability. In close collaboration with the yards and with other contractors, they  provide engineering studies and detailed design for different organizations in the oil & gas industry.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Depending on the specialism setting up, preparing, implentent and develop (new) projects.
• Problem solving and development of solutions.
• Liaising with clients, vendors, other engineering disciplines and operating companies;
• Responsible for managing and developing the Department and team members;
• The Engineer reports to Technical Director HFGE Europe B.V.

Requirements:

• At least a bachelor or master degree or HTS
• Approximately 10 years experience in the upstream offshore industry, with at least 5 years experience in your field
• Familiar with North Sea offshore regulations & guidelines;
• Broad knowledge of specific IT Tools like MS Office and AutoCAD
• Good Dutch and English communication skills, both verbal and in writing.

The Engineer should feel at home in working in an international environment and
has adopted a hands-on approach. He/she should be proactive, have a down to earth mentality and good communication skills. In general, we prefer candidates with passion for their profession and with ambition to contribute to further develop the organization; team players with creative personalities.
