Omschrijving: 

For one of our clients we are looking for a Quantity Surveyor M/F.

Your responsibilities as a Quantity Surveyor will be:

• Cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work;
• Monitoring/valuing contract values in order to prepare invoices to the client;
• Monitoring and analysing contract changes;
• Performing risk and value management and cost control;
• Expert with regards to land, commercial and building laws;
• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities;
• Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks;
• Preparing and analyzing costings for tenders;
• Allocating work to subcontractors;
• Providing advice on contractual claims;
• Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports;
• Valuing completed work;
• Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use;
• Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.

The requirements for the ideal candidate for the position of Quantity Surveyor will be:

• BSc. in Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering
