Job description:

The Recruitment Manager Engineering Department is responsible for the daily operations, sales, marketing and product development. Primary, the unit will focus on secondment and recruitment of engineers with new and existing clients in the energy sector; including operating companies in oil and gas, renewables and the (petro)chemical industry, as well as engineering companies and service companies dealing with energy solutions. The Recruitment Manager Engineering Department is a hands-on person, commercially and target driven and aims for quality relationships with client and employee.

The Recruitment Manager Engineering Department will be responsible for the growth of the Engineering Netherlands unit and takes an active role in creating the commercial team including the recruitment and selection, evaluation and development of staff employees for the total unit.

Job requirements:

• Bachelors degree in relevant education, or able to perform at this level by experience.
• At least 5 years managerial experience.
• Sales and target driven, including knowledge and understanding of operations, sales and marketing.
• Experience in (technical) Human Resources sector, preferably in oil and gas or petrochemical industry
• Clear understanding of agreements and contracts related to secondment, recruitment and staff consultancy and able to negotiate and explain such contracts with clients and staff as well as personnel deployed on site.
• Fluent in the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing.

The Recruitment Manager Engineering Department is part of the Management Team of Atlas Services Group and reports directly to the director responsible for Energy Markets. The office base is Hoofddorp, The Netherlands.
